They should go off the service schedule and service records instead of over-relying on the onboard computer. Apparently they had reset the oil change reminder on the onboard computer at the previous se records instead of over-relying on the onboard computer. Apparently they had reset the oil change reminder on the onboard computer at the previous service without doing the oil change and when I dropped it off for the next service they did not do the scheduled oil change because the onboard computer code had said that it was not due. I brought it back the next day and they were able to perform the required services under the prepaid service agreement but it's annoying because I wasted several hours waiting around for what should have been done the day before. Otherwise they have taken care of my car and are polite and professional. More
