I had an appointment at 10 am, I called at 1 pm for the status of my car and how much longer it would take. Nobody knew and I was passed off to a couple different people before being told I would receive a status of my car and how much longer it would take. Nobody knew and I was passed off to a couple different people before being told I would receive a callback shortly. Upon getting a call back 10 mins later, I was informed my car would be ready in 5-10 mins. I waited 30 mins then went to pick up my car, and it still was not ready. This was the longest it has ever taken for regular maintenance on my car. I am a little confused as to why it took 4 hours, why nobody seemed to know why or what was going on, everyone seemed a little disjointed. More

The Service unit of Hanlees Davis appear to be well organized, and responded satisfactorily to my questions regarding the scope of their capabilities to support my 2013 RAV4 EV. Fortunately, according to Assistant Service Manager Moe, they will be able to support me on basic infrastructure needs (alignment, wipers, accessories); however, they will not be able to support me regarding the vehicles propulsion system, traction battery, reading codes, or electrical system diagnostics and software. For these technical needs, my backup has always been Maita Toyota in Sacramento. More
