I asked for a software update for my 2017 Toyota 4Runner, they said they ordered it but it turned out they didn't. I had to follow up and then get it ordered. Also I offered my tire lock key but the technic they said they ordered it but it turned out they didn't. I had to follow up and then get it ordered.
