My appointment was at seven the service rep said a two hour appointment, which would be 9 9thirtyish. The appointment ended at 10 that’s not a problem but then my consultant said isn’t a great we were don hour appointment, which would be 9 9thirtyish. I asked him if my car was going to be washed he said yes and of course my car was not washed. While in the waiting room, you can overhear the conversation of the other service reps and they’re relatively inappropriate. More
