The service department is just terrible. I arrived yesterday with a problem that I have a flat tire. Your employees have not been able to find the problem. Why is the wheel flattening. A few hours later I had to go back because the tire was flat and I had to pump it up every 20 minutes. However, your employees said that everyone in the service department had already gone home and there was nothing they could do to help me. They didn't even offer me a replacement car even though I pay monthly insurance for my wheels. Today I had to come back again in order to repair the wheel, but despite the insurance that I pay toyota, I was charged for the repair. You are simply unimaginable, I pay 750 dollars a month for a loan and insurance including wheels for my Prius, this despite the fact that I paid a 5000 $ down payment, but I am billed for wheel repair, which is included in my insurance and I essentially lose 1.5 days due to incompetent Toyota service employees. This still doesn't take into account the fact that a few days ago 07.21.2023 I did a maintenance on 30.000, which I never got done and I had to come for it again, because I had a maintenance, as they said at 25.000, although I did it before at Toyota Roseville.
