The service was horrible and the staff was not helpful at all. I felt I was trying to be taken advantage of and be charged for a service that was not even required. The information provided to me after the "diagnostic" was vague and I was told I had to pay out of pocket $650 for something that "may be wrong" with my vehicle. The truck is not even a year old and is covered under warranty, but staff there were adamant on me paying the $650 up front to "pay the technician for his diagnostic he performed". Horrible experience! I rejected the service and drove my truck off lot not knowing if it was safe to do so and took it to another dealer for service and support. I didn't have to pay a cent! More

At check-in, the service representatives are very friendly and it is nice that there is a shuttle. I spent almost 4 hours waiting for a service that was diagnosed by any competent technician using the software available at any repair facility in the first 5 minutes. I was charged $244 for the technici diagnosed by any competent technician using the software available at any repair facility in the first 5 minutes. I was charged $244 for the technician to install a new Gas Cap to replace one that wasn't sealing properly. The guest restroom was filthy with no toilet paper or other paper products. I was never informed about the progress on the vehicle at any time. I see no reason to ever use Hanlee Toyota again. More
My last experience at a dealership was awful. This one was amazing. I got the exact car I wanted and was so so happy with the whole process. Laith, Brett, and Dave all deserve raises!
