So many things happened, service took longer than usual, I had to get a ride home that was provided but when I called to get a ride back, there was no answer, it seemed no one was aware of the phone calls, I had to get a ride home that was provided but when I called to get a ride back, there was no answer, it seemed no one was aware of the phone calls, and I couldn't reach service department. I got my own ride share and to pick up my car, they locked my keys in a safe they couldn't open, so I waited 1 hour for them to figure it out. Not a pleasant experience. More
