Toyota for some reason delivered my Mirai key to this dealership, which told me on three different occasions to come in to have the key programmed. When I finally came in, they took the key, had me wait dealership, which told me on three different occasions to come in to have the key programmed. This was my first time going to this the service department as I did purchase my Tacoma this dealer. When I pulled into the service area and waited for a service tech to approach me but no one did. department as I did purchase my Tacoma this dealer. When I pulled into the service area and waited for a service tech to approach me but no one did. There were two service techs settings at their service desk. I had to go in to request service for my vehicle. I just wasn't to impressed with the way I was greeted. When I did get the attention of a service tech he did provide good work order write up service and the service was complete in a timely manner.
