When I pulled into the service area and waited for a service tech to approach me but no one did. department as I did purchase my Tacoma this dealer. I had to go in to request service for my vehicle. I just wasn't to impressed with the way I was greeted. When I did get the attention of a service tech he did provide good work order write up service and the service was complete in a timely manner.
