It took 3. 5 hours to do a .5-1 hour procedure (putting snow tires on). Threw off my entire day, and I waited there the whole time because I expected it to be qu 5 hours to do a .5-1 hour procedure (putting snow tires on). Also at no point was I warned that it would take this long, otherwise I would've made different arrangements. The service people I talked to were nice, and in the end I wasn't charged for the service which was the right thing to do. So I don't blame the service people. But the overall experience was very frustrating and it didn't need to be. More
