I was told by the service attendant on the phone that I did not need to schedule an appointment and to just come in. When I showed up at 10 AM he said what I needed would take 2 1/2 hours which seemed fine did not need to schedule an appointment and to just come in. When speaking to a clerical person they said always always make an appointment because walk-ins go to the end of the line. More

Getting charged $215 just for a diagnostic fee when I already know the problem but just needed a fix is crazy. On top of that, I have to pay the fee to get whatever I needed fix too.
