I would have given one star for the service I received had it not been for Mohammed taking over for the situation and helping me. The girl who was SUPPOSED to be my rep bailed on or something.. No follow through on pre-ordering parts, no call with the estimate after inspection as agreed, no call to say the initial work was done, nothing. I finally just came back in the afternoon to see what was going on only to find my car sitting there and her gone. Mohammed introduced himself, answered all questions, apologized, and got me squared away. He was excellent. I wish I had been working with him in the first place. More

When I was quoted for the key it was $200 a key. They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I was told I need to pay for a second key because it was ordered even though I never authorized it They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I know it’s an estimate but I was never notified until the key was here and was told I needed to pay for it because it was here. If I was notified that it was $350 I would have cancelled the order. I never authorized the order of a $350 key. CA law requires that I have to authorize an orders over the original estimate. I will never suggest this location. The service was terrible and I was told multiple times that they don’t know where the mix up happened but I need to pay for it. More
