I was not satisfied with Maily’s customer service and how she handled my service appointment. I first called on 7/22 where she told me a part needed to be ordered before I could schedule an appointment. She she handled my service appointment. When I followed up with her the next week, I had to call several times before I was able to speak with her and she seemed to have completely forgotten about the part that needed to be ordered. The part had not come in and I needed to wait again before I could schedule my service appointment. When I could finally schedule my appointment, she did not come out to meet me but instead called me 10 minutes after I arrived and without even a “Hello,” said, “Are you here yet?” Then, I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to take me home likely because she had forgotten to tell the driver I was waiting. Originally she told me the recalls would take 1/2 the day to complete and that she would call me when it was finished. She never called and I had to call 3 times to get updates about my car service and speak with other service advisors because she was always gone or had left for the day. I am certain that if I had not called continually to check to see if my car was ready, I never would have been notified. I finally had to call at 4:30 knowing the service department closed at 5 when I was informed my car was done. The receptionist and others were very helpful to assist me in the places where Maily had failed to communicate and provide customer service. However, the overall impression she leaves about Hanlees is that it is an unprofessional, uncaring and irresponsible business. If I ever had to come back here I would be certain to ask for another advisor to assist me or I would consider going to the Vacaville dealership instead. More

Worst service I have ever had here. It gets progressively worse each time I come. Mailey was not respectful of us or our time. Called to say our van was ready. I was misquoted, to the point of me feeling scammed. I tried to fix my window and replace my mirror. I was quoted at $525 for two days work. I was never contacted prior to work being done or parts ordered, despite the significant price change. I will never come here again, and might call PD over this bait and switch scams. More
Unfortunately, my experience with this dealer was not the best. After dropping off my car and being assured that it would be ready by the end of the day I received the call 3 PM letting me know that my routi best. After expressing my need for the car so that I could go to work, they indicated that it is possible that one of the recalls might be able to be completed and that I would just have to bring it back. At 5:45 I received a call saying that one recall was completed, and the regular maintenance have been done. Before arrival I asked if I could pay using Apple Pay and they assured me that I could. Once I arrived, the people at the counter had no idea how to use the system, they were extremely unprofessional and it took two people to get the register up so that I could pay using Apple Pay after a significant wait. Looking at my receipt, there is no indication that any of the recalls were completed, there was no sticker placed on my window for my service over. Overall This was a bad customer experience. More
