I've had my car serviced here for years, but the service department needs improvement. Twice I've had to bring my car in for recall fixes, and both times, I've had to schedule 2-3 weeks out, as I have to r department needs improvement. Twice I've had to bring my car in for recall fixes, and both times, I've had to schedule 2-3 weeks out, as I have to request time off 2 weeks in advance, and both times, I've gotten to the appointment only to be told the needed part is not there and will need to schedule another appointment. This last time, I was attended by Maily, and she was not even apologetic about my wasted time. She told me she'd call me in 'a couple of days' and never heard from her. I had to call a couple of weeks later to have someone check if the part was there, and it was. Whoever schedules the appointments should alert the service department that a part is needed for that particar appointment, and someone in the service department should check the schedule ahead of time to make sure they have what is needed to get the job done. It's a simple fix. This has also happened to my friend, and we were both quite upset at this inefficiency. More

They tried to charge me $384 bucks for a line and oil. They act like everyone has that amount of money to spend. This would have been $70 at a non dealership. When I asked her what the difference in the services she said they don't check as many thing and don't add gas additive that clean la the tank. This car only has 20k miles on it!! How many thing should they have to check. This was ridiculous. More
