Well what I can say is your Service Advisor Mr Lam Mai provided me with an outstanding and above excellent service…. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service in helping me get my car repa provided me with an outstanding and above excellent service…. He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service in helping me get my car repaired to my satisfaction…. And it seem like he’s doing the job of (3) three Service Advisors…. Because it looks like he’s the only person doing that job…. I think you’re probably not paying him enough compared with the hard work and long hours he puts in every day…. I’ve sat in his office and seen him fix a service issue that some one else had missed up pretty bad…. You really might want to seriously consider paying him a lot more compared with all of the dedicated and hard work he does…. He really makes your business look good…. Horrible. They kept my car for over 6 weeks, didn't communicate at all with me about the status of my car, and charged me over $600 to do a diagnostic and chan They kept my car for over 6 weeks, didn't communicate at all with me about the status of my car, and charged me over $600 to do a diagnostic and change my spark plugs. Now two days later my Kia wont start because whatever they did to "fix" my car actually screwed up my battery and made things worse. If Hanless Kia just had run of the mill bad service I'd take my car back there and demand that they fix my battery. But they service station is worse than just bad. I have no doutb they would make my car worse, make me wait weeks, and over charge me. Unbelievably bad. More
