Apparently he turned off his phone. Then I guess I expected my car to be washed or rinsed off at least and that was not done. That may not be something that they do, but it was a disappointment More

I took it to my own mechanic and he said it was a linkage bushing that cost $150 for parts and labor. They wanted to replace my brakes for $850 which I found out through my own mechanic that I didn't need brakes. They are a bunch of crooks. I will never return to Hanlees or any other Jeep dealership. Please forward this to your CEO. I'm contemplating reporting Hanlees to the Better Business Bureau. More

There were never updates as to hour wait with an appointment. I felt that was ridiculous, but then could not believe when it took 4 and a half hours. There were never updates as to why it was taking so long and when I inquired when it might be finished it took them 30 minutes to even get back to me. They promised a car wash but apparently couldn’t manage that in the 4 and a half hours. More

The service person then told me they would “honor their their minor service which was offered on their website with an expiration date of 6/30/2023. The service person then told me they would “honor their coupon this time” and would “take the coupon down immediately and not offer it in the future.” The service ended up costing $100 which was only $50 cheaper than their normal minor service price. I shouldn’t be made to feel like I did something wrong as a customer for bringing in and using a coupon they advertised on their website. More
