Bad communication, long wait times for repairs (1 month+), did not install the recall update the first time I brought in my Kia (resulting in it being broken into and stolen), the employees handling month+), did not install the recall update the first time I brought in my Kia (resulting in it being broken into and stolen), the employees handling phone calls were confused when I asked for updates about my car and put me on hold for long periods of time. Broke my car battery and wanted me to pay them $300+ for a new one. Dismissive when I asked for a time estimate of repairs. Forgot to tell me when my car was repaired because the person handling my case went on leave and the office would not answer my insurance agent’s calls for over a week. More

Came in for a normal maintenance service interval. They had it for 2.5 hours but did not change the oil due to service advisor removing it from the work order. Oil overfilled by 1/2 court. $200 shop rate coupled with xxxxing terrible experience, I’m never letting these clowns touch my xxxx again More
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I personally am a 5 time Kia Customer and first time Kia Davis customer and am hugely disappointed. Sale of car was rocky, ended up being 10k over what we agreed upon for warranty, license, tax, etc when we got to financing. The salesman promised us a spare key and it has been 3 months (March 2023-June 2023) and still no key. I have called 11 different times with no return call and went there in person 5 additional times. The last time I was there in person the Sales Manager walked over to Parts to personally order the spare key for us (May 26 2023). He stated it would be a maximum of 5 days to order the key. Still no key as of today June 16 2023. I placed a phone call to the dealership once again yesterday June 15 2023 to which they said they haven’t ordered the key and they would and I needed to wait another 3-5 days. I have spoken with Nora on several occasions and she has been pleasant with the exception of yesterday. When on the phone with her she told me “we’ve been busy and I don’t have time for this” and “no we don’t put people on hold so we need to call you back”. I requested a call back from the manager after their meeting and no one has called. When asking to speak with the manager on the phone, the salesman said “we can’t do that, it’s not like it’s going to make the key come any faster”. I have been locked out of the vehicle twice now and had to go through insurance and pay someone to get my keys out both times. We’ve had one oil change there (May 27 2023). I paid 90$ more than I was quoted and the service took 2.5 hours. For just a tire rotation and oil change that they said would be done in 45 minutes. More
Services is slow bad customer services happen more then 3 times the same situation we coming back because other kias are far aways from we're we coming from.
