My shuttle picked me up almost 2 hours after I was told my car would be ready. After keeping my car for one week and not doing anything to it, I told the service advisor Miley that I am coming to pick up my car because it is costing me every day to rent a car and my car is still operable. She made me pay $264 for a part before I could take my car. The part was not there, so I would have to bring my car back. The service manager Joe promised me that he would have a courtesy card for me two weeks later. That never happened. I contacted him several times for over 2 months and never received a phone call back. Finally I had to drive from Sacramento to this dealership and was met with a bunch of excuses and promises for a refund check that would have to be sent from accounting. I followed up with Joe 7 times via email to find out when the check would be cut and I can expect to receive it. I never received an email back. I give up on this company! I had to end up disputing this through my credit card company to get my money back. This was the first and last time I will ever deal with this company! The integrity of this company is absolutely garbage and you will never get a call back! I wouldn't buy a toy car from them. More

Very poor communication between salesman and finance officer. We waited over 3 hours to sign papers and I was paying cash. The sales staff was watching YouTube while I was steaming mad waiting to meet the finance guy snd it wasn’t until they thought they were going to lose a sales did they finally jump!
