Brought my jeep in for a check engine light. Had appointment and it took two days to finish. Tech did not replace thermostat housing with a new gasket. It blew most of the coolant out on the way Had appointment and it took two days to finish. Tech did not replace thermostat housing with a new gasket. It blew most of the coolant out on the way home. I have pictures of gasket it was hard, brittle and cut. Found screwdriver left in engine compartment. Missing random caps and components not secured with factory hold down clips. Jeep was returned to dealership before 0800 opening next day. Employees were showing up to work after 0800 to open. Dealership appeared to be going out of business. General cleanliness and grounds unkept. Employees left for lunch without turnover causing delay in vehicle return. Keys misplaced at at end of day pickup on second day return. Questioning if techs are certified or qualified to work on vehicles. Left feeling unsure of the quality of service. With this huge list of negative issues. Our service manager seemed to be concerned and really helped deescalate the situation ensuring it would be taken care of. This is an honest review. It has been several days and the emotions are gone. Mohammed and the general manager were great, Mylie not so much. She was in a hurry not understanding what I had paid in advance. Mylie was trying to over charge me, She kept saying you need to pay $675 over much. She was in a hurry not understanding what I had paid in advance. This is an excellent dealership. I trust them and I think they do good work. On my last visit, unfortunately things didn't go as smoothly as I think they should. Of course the battery did not charge as it should so I needed a new battery. They had zero batteries on the shelf. Called other Kia dealerships was told initially that they had one and they were going to bring it in and then ultimately they didn't have it really in stock. So I had to pay more for a non OEM. They of course said it would be warrantied just like it was from Kia. But all of it took too long. Again, I do think this is a very good dealership or I wouldn't go there. More
