The service writer, Miley, claimed I damaged a banjo bolt, showing me blurry pictures and claiming I hit something (collision, not warranty). I looked at the banjo bolt myself, cleaned it and have photo bolt, showing me blurry pictures and claiming I hit something (collision, not warranty). She also claimed we would need to pay for a new caliper when only the banjo bolt was defective. I can’t imagine how many people she has defrauded who don’t know where to look or don’t know better. The leasing organization was able to get the truck out of your hands and placed at a dealership with competence and understandings If she was on my staff I would terminate her immediately, but it would be wise to write her up and put her on a very short leash at the least. If the service manager who understands the severity of the situation and how much time this wasted wants to chat with me to for any additional details. I’m happy to provide them. More

The service was horrendous! The advisor was 30 minutes late for my appointment, without apology or explanation. She also wasn't the most friendly or communicative (the advisor I had my first time there was much better in the cust without apology or explanation. I asked for the auto start/stop feature to be looked at (as it has only been working intermittently and a warning light comes in when it doesn’t work) - I was told a “diagnostic” had to be run on it and then told it was “fixed”. However, three minutes after driving off the lot, it stoped working, so I wasn’t happy with that. The other services performed were good and the car wash was nice. More

Julia Nguyen provided the worst customer service ever. I work in customer service and her way is NOT at all correct to treat a customer, who's PAYING for your services. Very poor, service team said my battery was dead when it wasn’t bc I just drove it there, then I took it to credited mechanic and they said it was perfectly fine.
