Miley said the car would be ready and it wasn't - even the following day. She was unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills including ability to provide work order upon check in or at any time the following day. When my husband and I came into the dealership in hopes of getting any update, Miley was defensive and unhelpful in simply returning our vehicle to us. I had an appointment. There was no shuttle or complementary vehicle available to utilize. I ended up Uber-ing to a friends house as they told me it would take 2hrs. (Again, no ETA on shuttle or other transportation) Got a call an hour later that it was ready. Asked again about shuttle. No ETA from when i originally dropped off my car. (1.5hrs ago) Ubered back. Took 30mins for me to get my keys. I will say: they said they were short staffed, so I understand the situation, but don't call me to come back if its not ready. & maybe offer a shuttle that is really available? More
