Horrible service . Waited about an hour before they could find the keys to match the car we inquired about. Everyone here is both professional and friendly. Tony was extra great. My first time with him as my service writer. “Poor” doesn’t even touch how bad the service was here. Spent 3 months chasing down the service advisor constantly in an effort to replace a single part, only to end up with the car in worse shape than whe Spent 3 months chasing down the service advisor constantly in an effort to replace a single part, only to end up with the car in worse shape than when the whole process started. Nothing that was promised to me at any point, from arrival date of the part to when the part could be painted to when someone might call me with updates at any point in those months, happened as it was promised… and then before the part could even get installed, they managed to dent & scrape up one of the doors badly enough that it needs replacement. Bought the car new, paid in full, in the spring; over 50% of the time I’ve owned it has been spent dealing with this xxxxxxxx instead of being treated like a valuable customer. I will never trust this dealership with my car again and I will be telling others about how horrible my experience was. More
