Madeline & staff in office were awesome very friendly and helpful. But who ever worked on my truck really did not care about the quality of their workmanship. So its been 7 months since body repair work and helpful. But who ever worked on my truck really did not care about the quality of their workmanship. So its been 7 months since body repair work was done too the front of my truck paint is holding. But when I went to change my air filter I noticed it was not connected properly clamp was not even tightened, so my trucks been xxxxxxx dust all that time and on top the of that the rubber modeling that goes along the fender is missing, add hood hinge is missing a bolt, wire harness rose buds were not plugged back in holes on radiator support underneath truck. Make me wonder what else was forgotten that I can’t see without taking it apart, seems like they should use a check list of items that have been taken apart or have someone else give quality inspection through the repair process. Because who ever worker on it couldn’t remember their head from their a**. I’ll probably haft too put a new turbo on my truck duo too all the dust it been xxxxxxx in sense the repair work was done. P.S to whom ever worker on my truck thanks for ruining my engine Dbag. This is the second time I’ve had a vehicle repaired there. Also my second vehicle purchased from this dealer it’s been great, but my next vehicle purchase will be somewhere else. Thanks More

There have been communication issues both times I have received service at this location. The manager did try to accommodate me and the other employees were apologetic however. This is a very busy service department with a lot going on so as a customer you can feel like you are lost in the shuffle, so someone coming out to you and explaining the delay while you’re waiting in a long line could be helpful.
