Had a 4:00 apt for oil change and tire rotation. After car was completed, I noticed damage to my lug nuts and oil driping from oil filter? My car only has 13,000 miles and Hank Graff did the first oil change 6 months ago. I pulled car into lane 3 and a technician went under car and said there was no leak, that it was residual oil and he wiped it off. He looked at the lug nuts and said somehow the impact gun caused it and they would order and replace on my next tire rotation. After paying $94.00 you don't expect any problem. Thank you for taking care of mistakes when they happen. More
The dealership has had possession of my vehicle for 78 days and counting the first 35 days. The vehicle sat on the lot getting minimal repair time. The communication was absolutely terrible when it came days and counting the first 35 days. The vehicle sat on the lot getting minimal repair time. The communication was absolutely terrible when it came to giving updates. I would have to call and call leaving voicemails and waiting days for responses to get a very limited amount of information on what was actually being done to my vehicle. In the first 35 days, they had only fixed one of the many issues listed on the intake form and claimed it was ready for pick up. Only for me to get the truck back and realize nothing was actually fixed. Fast-forward to the 77th day in my vehicle is ready for pick up once again however, this time I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot of the dealership before realizing the sounds that I had been waiting to be addressed had only gotten worse in the dealerships possession. At this point it had been my third trip to the dealership to get my brand new vehicle from them. keeping in mind it is a 50 minute drive one-way so a two hour round-trip this dealership has not only waste of my time my money and my patience, but still has failed to fix the vehicle properly. The truck was purchased October 14, 2024 with 21 miles on it. It currently has 799 miles and had only been driven for three days out of my 81days of ownership. More
