The experience started out great. The courtesy driver was very pleasant and the ride home was great. My car was kept at Hank Graff at 11:30Am. At 3 :51 PM I called to get a status of the vehicle. I was sent to phone mail. At 5:23 PM I called again for status as I had not received an answer as to the status of my vehicle. ‘‘I was sent to Gary’s phone mail again. I was told along the way that Gary went home at 3:00 PM. I called again at 5:29 the second time and was forwarded to the manager’s phone mail. I finally received a call from Gary at which time I was informed my vehicle had not even been looked at. I needed my car the following day and so the Courtesy drive graciously came and gave me a pleasant ride back to pick up my car. I still wish someone will look at the Brakes on my vehicle as they squeal and make a grinding noise and the suspension this vehicle does not ride as smooth as the one I had previously. But I can not go without a vehicle more than one work day. More
