$80 for an Oil Change? Insane. The one morning I needed to have a timely oil change they were 20 Minutes late. When I finally got in, I asked them if they could get me out Insane. When I finally got in, I asked them if they could get me out in 15 minutes and they replied they could and they came close enough that I did make my appointment on time. Setting the stress aside, at $80, I'm not sure I'm going back. More

I was there for a update to my trucks computer, was suppose to get a oil change and tire rotation. My oil change percentage in the trucks informant page shows 27%, but the paperwork says that tires wer suppose to get a oil change and tire rotation. Everyone says it was done, But do I really know it was done?? Seems to me it is a lack of quality measures or a lazy employee? More

Took in for a front end alignment at 1030am. Never looked at it until 4/430. Then had to keep it overnight to finish it. Got it back and still pulled to right and steering wheel was turned to a Never looked at it until 4/430. Then had to keep it overnight to finish it. Got it back and still pulled to right and steering wheel was turned to about 11 oclock position. They told me it was my tires. I took to another dealership and they did an alignment and now truck is good. Waste of money More
