The dealership has had possession of my vehicle for 78 days and counting the first 35 days. The vehicle sat on the lot getting minimal repair time. The communication was absolutely terrible when it came days and counting the first 35 days. The vehicle sat on the lot getting minimal repair time. The communication was absolutely terrible when it came to giving updates. I would have to call and call leaving voicemails and waiting days for responses to get a very limited amount of information on what was actually being done to my vehicle. In the first 35 days, they had only fixed one of the many issues listed on the intake form and claimed it was ready for pick up. Only for me to get the truck back and realize nothing was actually fixed. Fast-forward to the 77th day in my vehicle is ready for pick up once again however, this time I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot of the dealership before realizing the sounds that I had been waiting to be addressed had only gotten worse in the dealerships possession. At this point it had been my third trip to the dealership to get my brand new vehicle from them. keeping in mind it is a 50 minute drive one-way so a two hour round-trip this dealership has not only waste of my time my money and my patience, but still has failed to fix the vehicle properly. The truck was purchased October 14, 2024 with 21 miles on it. It currently has 799 miles and had only been driven for three days out of my 81days of ownership. More
Worst experience! I've used Hank Graff for all my services since purchasing my vehicle from there in 2020, I've never before had an issue. I had an 8:30am appointment I've used Hank Graff for all my services since purchasing my vehicle from there in 2020, I've never before had an issue. I had an 8:30am appointment for a wheel balance and rotation, service man Steve was assigned my vehicle. After explaining my issues with Steve, he tried to tell me I didn't need the balancing and should just go use a car wash. I told him there were several safety concerns I felt could be addressed with this service, specifically right before an incoming snow storm. He took my information and keys, said I could wait 1.5 hours at the dealership, or get a ride and he could have my vehicle done at my convenience. We agreed to have my vehicle done by 1pm at the latest, knowing I had to get my child from school directly after. Steve said he would "try" to have it done by noon. At 12pm I attempted to contact Steve to see if things were completed. No response. At 12:30pm, I went into the dealership to check. Steve said it wasn't completed yet, but it would be another 45 minutes. We talked about how that was well longer than expected, and would make me late getting my child from school. I went back out to the parking lot where my ride was waiting, I was discussing now needing a ride to the school because they weren't finished with my car. As we were talking, we saw my car drive around the building and into a service bay. They hadn't even started working in it yet! It was 12:30, service was expected to originally take 1.5 hours if I had waited. I was completely in shock and requested my keys back before any service was even started. As a woman, I feel completely taken advantage of and will not trust Hank Graff any longer. More
This is the second time i came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the young blonde female worker comes back in the showroom after i have been there for 45 minutes (this last time) and said your tir tire rotation and the young blonde female worker comes back in the showroom after i have been there for 45 minutes (this last time) and said your tires look good, so we don't need to rotate them today. I told her (both times) that i wanted my tires rotated. Mind you i bring my vehicle to you guys for every oil change/tire rotation i have had on it since i bought this vehicle from your showroom in 2021. It has been just the last two oil changes that they have told me my tires look good and don't need to be rotated - why did they start asking me that when i requested this service and i want it every single time i get my oil changed. I was there for approximately an hour and 15 minutes for this service - and yes i had an appointment☺ More
