Had a 4:00 apt for oil change and tire rotation. After car was completed, I noticed damage to my lug nuts and oil driping from oil filter? I pulled car into lane 3 and a technician went under car and said there was no leak, that it was residual oil and he wiped it off. He looked at the lug nuts and said somehow the impact gun caused it and they would order and replace on my next tire rotation. After paying $94.00 you don't expect any problem.
