So a lot of employees wearing there face masks wrong. Not covering there nose. Service took advantage of my daughter Not Impressed at all. Sent my daughter there to take care of a coolant leak. She noticed coolant on the ground in the snow and advised Scott (Service Not Impressed at all. Sent my daughter there to take care of a coolant leak. She noticed coolant on the ground in the snow and advised Scott (Service Manager) of this. Scott verbally told her they found a leaky hose. He also recommended a full flush. Her not knowing what she truly needed just wanted heat and her car back on the road and agreed. Bottom line, they put on a $2.06 hose clamp to stop the leak and charged her $204. He went on and on about shop rates, pressure tests, flushing systems and what not. Shame on you Scott. Would you take $204 from your own daughter or just walk out with a screw driver and tighten the clamp? We will find someone with a conscious to take care of our repairs. More

air conditioner not working on 2011 traverse My wife and i bought the car from hank graff. we had a problem with the air conditioner in the first week that we had it we took it in and they fixed My wife and i bought the car from hank graff. we had a problem with the air conditioner in the first week that we had it we took it in and they fixed it. 6 months later we had the same problem again so we took it back to hank graff to see if we coundnt get it fixed. We had to rent a car because we have four boys that we have to get to baseball school etc. They said that they would do a diagnostic check on it the day that we dropped it off. mind you that we were renting a car from them at 80.00 dollars a day. after the first day we called to see how the car was doing and what they had found out but to our surprise they said they had not even looked at it. we had stated that we were being charged every day that it was in there for a rental car and that is when they started to get rude with us transffering us between three different people three different times until the last person that we talked to hung up on us. I called back and explained the situation once again to jeff who had sold us the car and he said that he would take care of it. in the meantime the dealership called my wife and said that it would be two more days to fix it and that it would be 350.00 dollars (and if you add up the rental car and the air conditioner that would be 670.00 dollars plus a hundred dollars for the diagnostic check.We had had enough of this we went to get our car and we walk in and can hear the people talking about how big of as***** we are before they noticed that we were standing right behind them at that point we just wanted our car back but the salesman said we owed 100 just for them looking at it. Now am i in the wrong for being upset after being hung up on twice and treated like second class and being expected to pay 770.00 dollars to get an air conditioner fixed Really!!! on a car that is 3 yrs old and we bought from them More
