35 years ago I came to Hank graff to buy a s10. I was 19 and salesmen wouldn't even talk to me. Wanted me to bring my dad. My dad sent me to find what I wanted. So my first experience was bad. Upon arrival I was told if I was 10 min late that it would be rescheduled so when I got there I was never told which bay to go too so I went to bay 2 as there was no waiting there and after they guided would be rescheduled so when I got there I was never told which bay to go too so I went to bay 2 as there was no waiting there and after they guided me in I was told I had to back out and go to bay 1 where there were already 2 cars waiting. Then I went in to let them know I was there for my scheduled appt so that I wouldn't get rescheduled because of the wait I was told not to worry about that and ended up waiting another 30 min to even get in to get my oil change. I was not impressed More
Every time I go in for an oil change and tire rotation I keep getting charged for the rotation. All I am asking is for the service advisor to take the time to do a little research. When Austin read my odometer mileage he misread it and added 100,000 miles on my invoice. I did not catch the mistake until I got home. At the time of this years' service I also informed him that the prev added 100,000 miles on my invoice. I did not catch the mistake until I got home. At the time of this years' service I also informed him that the previous years' invoice for the same service on my 34 year old vehicle listed the engine as a 4.3L V6. It clearly is the OEM 5.7L V8, but he did not correct it in his computer. More
Everyone was great. Very nice. It did seem like they were off a little. All the cars before me were done and I’m was waiting to get let in for my oil change. No one look Very nice. A nice girl seen me from the sale or office then talk with the guys and then they got me in. It was only like 8 min just not norm for them. Also didn’t get a stick telling when to get my oil change again. No big deal my phone tells me. But nice to have to plain when to get an oil change. Like a said off day I think I would go back again. People are great and two little things would not stop me from telling people to stop in. More
