Body shop had poor communication and car was not ready when promised first or second time. Hello everyone, I would like to extend my great gratitude and appreciation for the Hank Graff of Davison Michigan service team. If you have an issue with your vehicle or are having difficulties with another and appreciation for the Hank Graff of Davison Michigan service team. If you have an issue with your vehicle or are having difficulties with another dealership, my recommendation is to call and set up an appointment or just stop in and talk to the service department. The individual I would start out with is Steve Winkler as he was the last to take my service call and was magnificent! Steve immediately made me feel as if I were family when walking in. Steve was patient and very tentative to what needed to be done to my vehicle. Steve also gave me continuous updates during the time that my vehicle was in for service. Steve also made sure I had a ride home and a ride that came to get me as I did not have two vehicles at the time. What an outstanding service team. The management is even heavily involved with one of the best service managers I have delt with in the last 15 years of owning GM products. Justin Price as a service manager also ensures customers are greeted and communicated with in a pleasurable fashion. I can't thank the service team enough as they make every customer feel like family when entering an unknown outcome as a customer when brining your vehicle in, you will not feel that way here. All customers are very well taken care of! Thank you, Steve and Justin, for the 5-star service experience once again. You both deserve an honor for customer service and as a GM employee myself I am glad to see such behavior and customer service driving our goal of keeping customers for life! More
