I took my car in for check engine light coming on and off. Made an appointment at 10:30. The service advisor said they would not be able to touch the car until after 1pm. Shortly after 3pm we were notifi off. Made an appointment at 10:30. The service advisor said they would not be able to touch the car until after 1pm. Shortly after 3pm we were notified the car was ready. Drove over 30 minutes back to pick it up, upon arriving and starting the car, the check engine light was on. I was then laughed at when bring it to their attention. I was treated poorly by the service advisor, and then had to wait almost 2 more hours for my vehicle. I was not given any service work up documents, I was told they would be emailed. I called and spoke to the general manager almost a week after about my experience, and the service manager himself told me he would email the service documents over right way. Here we are 2 days later and i still do not have any documentation of what was done to my vehicle during service. More
