Called for appointment and than drove there, 5 minute wait than took my order. Window chip man was also there. He repaired my stone chips as the car was serviced for my oil change. Service advisor was great but i had to bring my vehicle in three times to resolve squeaking and grinding brakes after having a complete set of new brakes installed. Hank Graff has always been the number one dealership for my family. We recently had to have warranty work done on our equinox and I told them whay the issue was they list3d to me and in fact found i was cor my family. Vehicle was taken in for an issue and was told that it was fixed after paying. Had question the issue they said was the problem but told that it was. Shortly the problem began again . This time they found was fixed after paying. Had question the issue they said was the problem but told that it was. Shortly the problem began again .
