Dear bigkickr, I apologize for taking so long to respond to your concerns on this forum, DealerRater.com. I became aware of your comments here on Tuesday, July 27th. We would like all of our customers to be completely satisfied and would still like to work toward that resolution. We have understood your concerns to be: CD changer stopped working. Vehicle leaks water into the cabin during a rainstorm. As you know even if you were within the time and mileage stipulations, the 45 day /1500 mile limited warranty does not cover either of those items. In reviewing the details of your purchase I did notice that an extended service contract was offered to you for purchase that you refused. Despite the last two items and in an effort to keep you completely satisfied, we did offer to have your windshield resealed at our expense. As of this date we have not heard back from you. Our offer still stands. Lack of good communications often raises the level of frustration for everyone. Let us apologize for any lack of communication on our part. Hopefully, this clarification will return your level of satisfaction with Hank Graff Chevrolet to the same elation as the day you purchased your used Cadillac. If it doesn’t and you have a reasonable alternative, our used car manager and/or general manager would love to meet with you in person to discuss your idea.
