I got a deal I can only call AMAZING and customer service unrivaled by any other business. I did consult another dealership and was disappointed again by them. Shame on me for doubting Hank Graff. If you need a car go to them. They will get you the best deal and the car you dream of. Every person I encountered made me feel like family. There is never high pressure and never any shady going on. If they don't have the vehicle for you, they will find the vehicle for you and if they can't make a deal they will tell you up front. No other dealership will have my business. More
