Buy windshield wipers every time I had new windshield wipers installed at my last visit less than 2 months ago and I have returned to be told that I have to replace them again? "As Is" I drove over an hour to purchase a 2007 Chevy Tahoe and at the beginning the staff was great. We finally closed the deal and the next day the engine light came on. They had me bring it in & they just reset the computer. Come to find out it was a bad coil. I had to replace it myself. I proceeded to call the dealership & they basically blew me off. I will not be recommending this place to anyone in the near future. More

air conditioner not working on 2011 traverse My wife and i bought the car from hank graff. we had a problem with the air conditioner in the first week that we had it we took it in and they fixed My wife and i bought the car from hank graff. we had a problem with the air conditioner in the first week that we had it we took it in and they fixed it. 6 months later we had the same problem again so we took it back to hank graff to see if we coundnt get it fixed. We had to rent a car because we have four boys that we have to get to baseball school etc. They said that they would do a diagnostic check on it the day that we dropped it off. mind you that we were renting a car from them at 80.00 dollars a day. after the first day we called to see how the car was doing and what they had found out but to our surprise they said they had not even looked at it. we had stated that we were being charged every day that it was in there for a rental car and that is when they started to get rude with us transffering us between three different people three different times until the last person that we talked to hung up on us. I called back and explained the situation once again to jeff who had sold us the car and he said that he would take care of it. in the meantime the dealership called my wife and said that it would be two more days to fix it and that it would be 350.00 dollars (and if you add up the rental car and the air conditioner that would be 670.00 dollars plus a hundred dollars for the diagnostic check.We had had enough of this we went to get our car and we walk in and can hear the people talking about how big of as***** we are before they noticed that we were standing right behind them at that point we just wanted our car back but the salesman said we owed 100 just for them looking at it. Now am i in the wrong for being upset after being hung up on twice and treated like second class and being expected to pay 770.00 dollars to get an air conditioner fixed Really!!! on a car that is 3 yrs old and we bought from them More
Sales staff is EXTREMELY pushy and rude. I was trying to look up the KBB value and the guy demanded I put my phone down. It was basically a blizzard outside, so I refused to test-drive. I would never do business with this dealership again. Interested in a 2009 Jeep Liberty on the Bay City lot and during the test drive I discovered a noise from the front end. This is after I was told that the vehicle had gone through a complete service check. According to the sales person (Jack), the vehicle had major front end work required (all 4 ball joints bad) and the fact that it was already at the 60 day limit (Jack explained that the policy was to only keep a vehicle on site for 60 days and then they would drastically reduce the price to sell it) and the fact that the work would be too expensive to fix, that the dealership would not sell me the Jeep and would instead send it to auction. Well, I checked 2 weeks later and the Jeep is still for sale on their lot and no disclosure to me about the front end work needed. Buyer beware of the tactics of this dealership and this Jeep. Lied to is a strong phrase but I believe that is what they did to me concerning my experience here. There are other issues with this Jeep besides the front end work required. More
I financed a car through you guys in August 2012 and it was my first time ever financing a car and that was something that I looked forward too. I must say that you guys have made this the worst experience was my first time ever financing a car and that was something that I looked forward too. I must say that you guys have made this the worst experience of my LIFE.. Since I've had the car (3 months) I've replaced brakes and rotors (ALL THE WAY AROUND) I've replaced the struts (ALL THE WAY AROUND) I've replaced the battery and also the hub bearing.. I have had the car's transmission looked at by you guys TWICE..!!!! But of course according to you guys the transmission was perfect.. I think that's quite funny because the transmission went out on me yesterday.. I'm just letting you know that you guys at Graff have really disappointed me. Never will I ever shop there for a car again nor will I ever in my life refer one of my loved ones to your dealership.. I will also be talking to the better business bureau about you guys too.. You guys give me the run around and I don't appreciate it.. My family will have no Christmas what so ever because I have to put all of my holiday funds plus some into the lemon I purchased from this dealership. More
