No ETA on parts delivery, finally contacted them to install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; as install aftermarket parts. Did not replace what I told them to. Charged me $65 a day for a rental. Contacted by customer service manager later; asked them to refund half of the rental cost. No response. Since they entered the rental business, they are perfectly happy to let your repairs sit. More

Tory in service went above and beyond helping me with things from a rental to daily updates with an issue that had happened to my truck. No questions were left un answered she went out of her way to help things from a rental to daily updates with an issue that had happened to my truck. No questions were left un answered she went out of her way to help me contact Insurance for quicker updates and just made a down situation such an easy process! Not happy! I brought my 2021 Venza in for its first service, inspection and swap of snow tires for my all seasons. Took two and one half hours as I was warned by Tory, the service advisor. There is a recall n inspection and swap of snow tires for my all seasons. Took two and one half hours as I was warned by Tory, the service advisor. There is a recall notice out on tail lights but no solution by Toyota as yet. I will have to come back for that. Next time I will watch out the window checking if my service is completed. Saw my car just sitting there!! Come on! No coffee and a long wait. Tory wasn't sure how long it had been done. She was very nice but obviously on overload. More
