I had a 9am appointment for an oil change, but was warned when we checked in that it would take between an hour and an hour and a half until they were done. However, we did not manage to get out of there unt when we checked in that it would take between an hour and an hour and a half until they were done. However, we did not manage to get out of there until 11:20. While I understand that some delays are to be expected, spending almost 2 and a half hours waiting for an oil change seemed excessive. I’m glad I brought a book, and the complementary coffee was appreciated. More

Love how easy it is to get maintenance done on the Camry. The staff checking you in are all great. I’ve been helped by William W. twice. Outstanding customer service.
