Handy Toyota is a friendly place with people who care in every aspect of service. They have always taken care of our Highlander, which we bought there, and always have brought to our attention things that m every aspect of service. They have always taken care of our Highlander, which we bought there, and always have brought to our attention things that may need to be fixed on our scheduled appointment. They let us know about how long and stay pretty close, if not before the estimated time it will be ready. Our 1997 Toyota corolla needed a new fan last week. Person addressed me by name when I entered but did not introduce himself and was generally rude. Later he came to the waiting room looking for someone with a female name and I was the only female in the introduce himself and was generally rude. I had a very long wait in the waiting room. I somewhat expected this and brought alot of reading to do. However, I think it would have been helpful if someone could have just come out after about 2 hrs expected this and brought alot of reading to do. My car needed an oil great and filter and dealer's staff saw an overdue inspection sticker and asked to perform that service. It is wonderful to have such proactive employees. I brought my RAV4 in for an oil change. I dropped in off early a.m. and planned to pick it up when I got out of work late afternoon. I received a phone call by mid- a.m. saying the service team noticed it early a.m. and planned to pick it up when I got out of work late afternoon. I received a phone call by mid- a.m. saying the service team noticed it was due for an inspection and would I like that done as well.
