Submitted a lead on 2 vehicles, only to have them start calling me (didn't provider my phone number on the lead so using old sales information) instead of emailing on the email address I provided. Then said I have to "be in the dealership to get any deals" funny enough I had no issues doing all my dealings over email the last time I purchased a vehicle from Handy Chevrolet. Disappointing that the same experience can't be enjoyed this time around. Time to shop elsewhere. More
