While processing the financing I was looking over the new classy Volt. Jason answered all my questions and I was pleasantly surprised by its roominess. I then spoke with Reg regarding financing which was quick and clear. Scott then ran thru the paperwork and swapped the plates. Out the door I went in my new 2012 Traverse. My purchase of a 2011 Toyota 4Runner began as an impulse shopping roam while waiting for my 2005 Corolla to be serviced. I looked at the new 4Runner and like it. After picking up my Corolla I went next door to the used car section and looked at three 4Runners. Allen was very helpful and help me through the slightly longer process of trading in two cars toward the purchase of the 2011 4Runner. I feel that Allen and Joe gave me a fair trade in price for both vehicles and the process went very smoothly, although Reg's attempt to sell a financing option took longer than necessary. I have purchased several vehicles through Handy's and have always been pleased. I still am! More
