Dirty dealing DO NOT deal with Cody or Oliver!!! Trust me! I was told they could hold a car 1 week for me if my credit was ran and everything was inline. I did tha DO NOT deal with Cody or Oliver!!! Trust me! I was told they could hold a car 1 week for me if my credit was ran and everything was inline. I did that! We agreed on all the numbers and I was picking the car up in 1 week. They sold the car out from under me and left me with nothing but 2 hard inquiries on my report while I’m in the process of car shopping!!!! For 24 hours no one would answer my calls not even the general manager. I left voicemails to call me back. The only way they answered was when I blocked my phone number. This is a bad dealership!!! I found a car at shearer Volkswagen and they treated me like family!!! So upset I was treated this way. More

He was always quick to respond to any inquiries I made, and in fact, respond almost instantly to an email I sent him on his scheduled day off. Matt also was very patient in walking me through the use of all the technology my new vehicle is equipped with. I have always had positive experiences at Handy's. The salesman I dealt with last summer when I purchased a new truck was Zach Dezotelle. He was also very good to work with. Jason,the sales manager, and Jeff in Finance were equally efficient and personable. An added bonus was the opportunity to interact on two different occasions with the owner of the dealership, Dan Handy. I found Dan seemed truly interested in assuring we were happy with our purchase.
