Service advisor has been great. Finance has not. Ronnie has not. Purchased a new VW and found out they had transferred my currently STILL owned and used trucks tag to my new VW when Finance has not. I had been driving my truck off and on, on a void plate, for 10 months completely ignorant of what they had done. I’ve been trying to get ahold of finance to correct this for over 3 weeks now and they will not call me back. They have 1 year to date to correct this and are dragging it out so they don’t have to. They are ignoring me ,it’s beyond unprofessional. I had to get corporate VW involved but they can only be the middle man. The dealership has to fix this. I shouldn’t have to pay for two new tags and will not. They will not correct their mistake. Giving me the run around where I had to call the bureau of dealer services to help. More
