Had the worst experience buying a car with this dealership. The vehicle didn't come with any car mats and dealer said they would provide the mats for free. Then after signing the purchase docs, the dealership. The vehicle didn't come with any car mats and dealer said they would provide the mats for free. Then after signing the purchase docs, they went back on their words. The sales rep said the manager could only provide a discount for the mats... They said the mats were $300 and they would give it to us for $130, but this is the regular price for the mats at any VW dealership or website. Big red flag!!! The biggest issue we encountered was after taking ownership of the vehicle, we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger side rear bumper for this brand new car. We ask if the dealer could take a look and repair it. They insisted that we bring it in for a manager to review before they can commit to fixing it. We had to bring in the vehicle twice for two different staff to inspect it. When they agreed to fix the dent/chip, all they did was use a paint pen and did a messy job applied it onto the bumper. The repair looked horrible and it looked like they made no attempts on making the dent/chip look unnoticeable. I didn't expect it to be a perfect repair, but honestly it looks worst after they made a half bake attempt on fixing it. This dealer is dishonest and only care about making a sale. I would stay away from doing business with them. The Sales Manager Ron Bertrand and Sales Rep Juan Jurado are not trustworthy people. I feel like they were giving us the run around and not providing a clear and solid answer when we had questions or when we contacted them about issues with the vehicle after purchasing it. More

I had been driving my truck off and on, on a void plate, for 10 months completely ignorant of what they had done. I’ve been trying to get ahold of finance to correct this for over 3 weeks now and they will not call me back. They have 1 year to date to correct this and are dragging it out so they don’t have to. They are ignoring me ,it’s beyond unprofessional. I had to get corporate VW involved but they can only be the middle man. The dealership has to fix this. I shouldn’t have to pay for two new tags and will not. They will not correct their mistake. Giving me the run around where I had to call the bureau of dealer services to help. More
