Stopped in to ask about what my 2020 Jeep was doing. Service Manger Tom was helpful and said I should get it in ASAP. Made an appointment. When Thomas didn’t call I stopped in - a female advisor asked what she could do for me - I told her I was in to check on my Jeep. She said Thomas went home sick. Then she looked up my RO and said “YOU NEED A TRANSMISSION - YOU’RE LOOKING AT ABOUT $9800! Calmly - I laughed and replied - “wow, I think my extended warranty will cover that and I shouldn’t have to pay anything!” Then I found Manager Tom, told him the whole thing, he said Rob would be my advisor now. Rob said he was sorry and he would submit it to my warranty company and call me back tomorrow. Tomorrow passed and mid day I called - could not reach Rob. Finally I got word that the extended warranty company was requiring an inspection which would take place tomorrow or the next day and they would 2 days went by and no word. I went by 2 days later and stopped in - again no call. I was told the warranty had approved the transmission, it would be sent to them and they would install it with 5 days. I told them I needed to take the Jeep since they did not have a loaner. It was drivable. Took the Jeep - got a call that the the transmission was in and to bring it on for a day and a half- which it was - picked it up. Very poor communication and nobody called nor called when they said they wood - Won’t be going back More

I had made an appointment to replace my serpentine belt and after 1 hour of waiting they came out to tell me that they did not have the part or even a non-OEM. Ever since Hanania bought out Atlantic Dodge and after 1 hour of waiting they came out to tell me that they did not have the part or even a non-OEM.
