My service advisor was courteous and professional. When I called, I may have missed his mention that the techs break for lunch for an hour from 12-1pm. Of course I arrived at 11:50 to wait for what When I called, I may have missed his mention that the techs break for lunch for an hour from 12-1pm. Of course I arrived at 11:50 to wait for what was expected to be a fairly simple repair. I did some errands and returned for service at 1pm. The repair included a new auxiliary battery to correct the Auto Stop / Go feature which had failed. Upon driving a few miles home, I noted that the A/c did not function for the drivers side, the map/entertainment screen had blue accents instead of the original orange and my Sirius Xm radio feature was missing from the que. Upon returning the tech had to reset the radio and recalibrate the HVAC module for the A/c to normalize. My suggestion is for the tech to take note of these functions prior to doing electrical work on the car. It cost me the balance of my day but who am I to complain….I’m a retired auto repair shop owner. More
