The car was returned with the front passenger seat dirty and the interior smelled liked cigarette smoke. This was my daughter’s car and she is non-smoker. She noticed the smell right away. The tab for the front vent system on the passenger side has been broke. It wasn’t broken when we dropped the vehicle off. The air now whistles on the passenger side. We also asked that the radio be repaired. It was the main reason for leaving the car. When we picked it up we found that the radio had not been repaired and there was a note on the receipt stating that the owner declined service. I had not declined service. It was the main reason that the vehicle was there for two days. I have had excellent service every time that I’ve brought vehicles here over the years. I had expected another great experience but this wasn’t the case. More
