The woman who was my service advisor I guess you would call her was wonderful. But, when you come to a major vehicle dealership where you purchased your vehicle for routine maintenance i.e, oil change, t call her was wonderful. But, when you come to a major vehicle dealership where you purchased your vehicle for routine maintenance i.e, oil change, tire rotation and balance you don't expect after an hour to be told BTW-the tire balancer is broken so we cannot complete that, and BTW we only have one in our service dept!! But the personnel are 100% more professional/tolerant and just plan nice than those prior folks with Atlantic!! More

Unable to accurately diagnose recurring issue. Would promise several times to call back with info and never did. Claimed part was on back order and would cost 4k to repair.
