Routine service fine, substantial water ingress during car wash at fwd sun roof requires 3 new seals. Was told parts were coming in. Scheduled my holiday around it. Next morning was advised parts are o car wash at fwd sun roof requires 3 new seals. Was told parts were coming in. Scheduled my holiday around it. Next morning was advised parts are on order. Now it will be at least 3 trips. Incidently, they replaced the seal after I bought the new Jeep due to wind noise at highway speeds. Had the job been done right the first time I wouldn’t be writing this. Service manager did not return my 2 calls to discuss the ordeal. More
