Great Experience! Admittedly I was dreading the experience of having to face some car salesperson to have to go through the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, it has been the typical experience where I felt like the salesperson was just trying to get me in anything, at the highest possible price, and wasn't really caring about what I wanted. Well, I was wrong. Chris Murphy was by far the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and Hampton Hyundai was a great dealership. No one tried to change the deal, upsell me, or otherwise do anything other than just try to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Chris genuinely provided a service more than tried to make a sale. I bought a 2015 Sonata and love it! He asked what we were looking for and allowed us to lead him to what we were interested in within minutes we were going down the road smiling in a test drive from Hampton Hyundai. We went away and did our comparisons as we discussed with Chris and then we returned to buy, thats when I thought it was going to be rough but just the opposite, he Chris worked with his management back and forth with the pricing and once we had agreed upon a price there was a small wait for the finance officer but that is sometimes expected at 7 pm...A very good experience with the purchasing of a new car, I can only hope that the service dept can hold up to the standards the front has established as so far I am a little disappointed but we will see after we have had to leave the car again for more repair and Chris promised to oversee the correction of the mistakes. We will see. More

THEN WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE AND THE HEATED SEATS WERE AMAZING ON MY ACHING BACK! THEN WE CAME BACK AND THEY RAN THE NUMBERS AND CAME UP WITH A DEAL THAT I COULD NOT REFUSE!!
