He knew I lived an hour and a half away and didn't want to make the drive if we weren't going to be close. The numbers he gave me over the phone were pretty good so the next day I drove over. When I got here, he appraised my trade and we did the deal with the exact numbers he gave over the phone. No hassles. No headaches. No games. Great experience and everyone from Tyler, to the salesman, to the F&I guy were extremely pleasant and professional. Worth the drive! More
