I was very disappointed with Hampton Hyundai today when I arrived for an appointment to have a recall completed in which my appointment was made in December. The recall required a kit to repair a problem wit arrived for an appointment to have a recall completed in which my appointment was made in December. The recall required a kit to repair a problem with the ABS and fuse kit and was informed that they did not have the part available to complete the job. I called yesterday (March 1, 2021) to confirm my appointment and never told that they did not have the part. I made a special trip to this dealership to get this recall completed, and as I said, was very disappointed I could not get this recall completed. There is obviously an issue within the Service Department and the Parts Department. Hopefully this review will prevent other customers to experience this frustration. More

We worked with Christopher Murphy via email and phone finally setting an appointment for a Saturday morning to look at a different vehicle. Once we drove the other vehicle we decided it was not for us. Christopher showed us the Tuscon, my wife loved it, we left the dealership with the vehicle less than an hour later. We never felt pressured into the sale and left fully satisfied. Christopher Murphy is a straight forward honest salesman and we would go to him again. More
