Finance discussion was mostly good, but the upsale on the dealer's maintenance program was a little frustrating and confusing how it was all "packaged." It wasn't until I was signed 3 separate contracts (key, warranty extension, and maintenance contract) that I realized I could purchase any single one I wanted instead of a bundle. Did appreciate how he got me lower financing rate than what was originally agreed to though, which was great. More
